These Terms of Service govern use of www.impressaotua.com, the purchase of products and use of the personalisation services provided by Impressão Tua.
By using this website or placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accept these Terms of Service.
1. ABOUT IMPRESSÃO TUA
Impressão Tua offers personalised and non-personalised products, including clothing, accessories and other products available on our website.
Some items can be personalised using text, images, photographs, logos, drawings or other files supplied by the customer.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE
The customer agrees to use the website lawfully and not to carry out any activity that could harm Impressão Tua, other users or the operation of the store.
The website may not be used for fraudulent or illegal purposes or in a manner that infringes third-party rights.
We may block or restrict access where there is abusive, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited use under these Terms.
3. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION
We aim to present our products as clearly and accurately as possible.
Photographs, mock-ups, colours and other representations on the website are illustrative.
Colours may vary slightly depending on the device, screen settings, lighting, product material and printing method.
Small colour differences resulting from these conditions do not necessarily mean that the product is defective.
Relevant characteristics, sizes and other information for each item are shown on the product page.
4. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Personalised products are made according to the customer’s choices and instructions.
This includes products featuring names, text, photographs, logos, drawings, images or other elements selected or supplied by the customer.
Because they are produced for a specific order, personalised products are subject to the special conditions in our Refund and Returns Policy.
The fact that a personalised product cannot be returned simply because the customer changed their mind does not limit statutory rights where the product is defective, incorrect or not in conformity with the order.
5. FILES AND CONTENT SUPPLIED BY THE CUSTOMER
The customer is responsible for the files and content submitted for personalisation.
By submitting a photograph, image, logo, design, text or other content, the customer confirms that they hold the rights, licences or permissions required to use and reproduce that content.
Customers must not submit content that infringes copyright, trademarks, image rights, intellectual-property rights or other third-party rights.
We also reserve the right to refuse content that is clearly illegal or whose reproduction may constitute an infringement.
Submitting a file for personalisation does not transfer ownership of that content to Impressão Tua.
The customer’s permission is limited to what is necessary to prepare, produce and deliver the relevant order.
6. FILE QUALITY
The customer is responsible for providing files of suitable quality for printing.
Blurred, pixelated, overly small or low-resolution images may affect the final result.
If we identify an obvious issue before production, we may contact the customer to request a new file or confirmation.
However, we cannot guarantee that every issue in customer-supplied files will be detected.
7. PREVIEW AND APPROVAL
Whenever we provide a preview or proof before production, the customer must carefully check the result shown.
This includes text, spelling, names, numbers, images, logos, colours and positioning.
Once the customer approves the preview, Impressão Tua may proceed with production based on that version.
An error present in a version expressly approved by the customer will not automatically be treated as a production error by Impressão Tua.
This does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in the event of an actual lack of conformity.
8. ORDERS
Placing an order means accepting the information shown for the selected product, including its characteristics, personalisation options, price and applicable conditions.
After an order is placed, the customer may receive confirmation using the contact details provided.
We reserve the right to contact the customer when clarification is needed regarding personalisation, files, payment or delivery.
If a particular item cannot be produced, the customer will be informed and an appropriate solution will be offered, including a refund where applicable.
9. PRICES
Prices shown on the website are stated in euros (€).
The applicable price is the price shown at the time of the order, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown before the purchase is completed.
Impressão Tua may change product prices for future orders without prior notice.
A later price change does not affect an order that has already been validly completed.
10. PAYMENTS
Payment must be made using one of the methods available on the website at the time of purchase.
Certain payments may be processed by specialist third-party providers.
An order may be subject to payment confirmation before production begins.
If payment is declined, cancelled or not confirmed, the order may not be processed.
11. PRODUCTION
Production times shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on the product, quantity, personalisation and production workload.
For personalised products, the production period may only begin once all required information has been received and, where applicable, after the customer has approved the design.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet the stated times and inform the customer if a significant delay occurs.
12. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are sent to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
The customer is responsible for carefully checking delivery details before completing the order.
Delivery times are estimates and may depend on the carrier, destination and other external circumstances.
After an order is handed to the carrier, circumstances may arise that are outside Impressão Tua’s direct control.
This does not affect any responsibilities imposed on us by law as the seller.

13. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
For personalised orders, we cannot guarantee cancellation once preparation or production has started.
If production has not yet progressed, we may assess whether cancellation is possible.

14. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.
Non-personalised products may be eligible for return under the legally applicable conditions.
Products made specifically to the customer’s choices or specifications are not eligible for return solely because of a change of mind, unless Impressão Tua agrees or the law requires otherwise.
Personalised products remain protected by applicable statutory rights where they are defective, incorrectly produced or not in conformity.
15. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect or different product from the one ordered, contact info@impressaotua.com.
We recommend including the order number and photographs that clearly show the issue.
The matter will be reviewed and an appropriate solution offered in accordance with the consumer’s statutory rights.
Personalisation does not remove consumer rights relating to a genuine lack of conformity.
16. IMPRESSÃO TUA INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, content belonging to Impressão Tua on the website, including its visual identity, text, graphics, original photographs, designs and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Reproduction, distribution, commercial use or modification of such content without permission is not permitted, except where allowed by law.
This provision does not apply to content supplied by the customer for personalisation.
17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND TOOLS
The website may use third-party services, including payment services, carriers, technology tools and the Shopify e-commerce platform.
Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
18. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep the website available and functioning correctly.
Temporary interruptions may nevertheless occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or other external circumstances.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability at all times.
19. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Impressão Tua will not be responsible for problems directly caused by incorrect information, instructions or files supplied by the customer where the product is correctly produced in accordance with those instructions.
Each situation will be assessed in light of the specific circumstances and applicable law.

Personal data supplied through the website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Files supplied for personalisation will be used to the extent necessary to prepare, produce and manage the relevant order.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE
Impressão Tua may update these Terms when necessary, including following changes to the website, services or applicable law.
Changes will be published on this page.
The conditions applicable to an order will generally be those in force when that order was placed, without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions.
22. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to a competent Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entity where legally applicable.

23. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable Portuguese and European law.
Nothing in these Terms affects rights that consumers are mandatorily granted under applicable law.
